F280/F400/F600 white aluminium oxide for ceramic wheels and polishing pasts
F280, F400 and F600 white aluminium oxide are ultra-fine fused alumina abrasives precisely graded for manufacturing high-precision ceramic grinding wheels and premium polishing pastes. Produced from high-purity industrial alumina powder through high-temperature electric fusion, strict purification, fine crushing and accurate particle classification, this series features ultra-low iron content, uniform particle size, excellent self-sharpening performance and stable chemical inertness. As high-end fine abrasive raw materials, they are widely used in precision grinding, surface finishing and mirror polishing processes across metal, mold, ceramic and hardware industries.
In polishing paste production, F280, F400 and F600 white alumina show outstanding dispersibility and suspension performance. They can be evenly blended with grease, wax and solvent base materials to produce high-grade polishing pastes for metal finishing, glass polishing and ceramic surface refinement. With stable quality, high purity and fine grinding performance, this series of white aluminium oxide has become a standard fine abrasive for professional ceramic wheel manufacturers and polishing paste factories worldwide.
