25% zirconia fused alumina F80 F100 F120
This 25% zirconia fused alumina (ZA25) grit is available in FEPA grades F80, F100 and F120. It is manufactured by electric fusion of alumina and zirconia oxide, featuring a unique eutectic microstructure that brings excellent self-sharpening property and high toughness. Compared with regular brown fused alumina, it offers longer service life and stable grinding efficiency.
With tightly controlled particle size distribution and low impurity, this ZA25 grit is suitable for heavy-duty grinding, surface conditioning and cutting on stainless steel, carbon steel and alloy steel. It is widely used for resin grinding wheels, flap discs and abrasive belts.

- Fused Alumina-Zirconia is primarily used for steel conditioning wheels, snagging wheels, large diameter cut-offs and other grinding applications that require high speed and pressure. It’s also is recommended for refractories that require a high resistance to environmental corrosion and a low coefficient of thermal expansion. Applications include slide gates, glass tank refractories, and other applications requiring resistance to molten slags.
