white aluminum oxide F80 for bicycle tyre moulds sandblasting

White Aluminum Oxide F80 is a high-purity electro-fused abrasive material specially optimized for bicycle tyre mould sandblasting and precision metal mold surface treatment. Featuring over 99% Al₂O₃ purity, uniform F80 particle size distribution and sharp angular grain structure, this abrasive delivers stable cutting force and excellent self-sharpening performance, perfectly matching the surface cleaning and texturing requirements of rubber tyre molds.
It is widely used to remove residual rubber dirt, oxide layers and old coatings on bicycle tyre mould surfaces without causing excessive wear, deformation or deep scratches on precision molds. The standardized F80 grit ensures consistent and uniform surface roughness, effectively improving the adhesion and molding effect of rubber materials, making the finished bicycle tyre surface smooth with clear texture and stable dimensional accuracy.
With high hardness, low dust, no iron contamination and excellent chemical stability, this white fused alumina avoids secondary pollution to molds and rubber products. It features long service life and high blasting efficiency, greatly reducing mold maintenance frequency and production cost. It is a reliable, high-cost-performance abrasive, widely recognized by bicycle tyre manufacturing factories for regular mold renovation and daily sandblasting maintenance.
