Hollow Glass Microspheres for Filling for Thermal Insulation Coating
Our hollow glass microspheres are premium lightweight fillers specifically designed for thermal insulation coating applications. These micron-sized, thin-walled spheres deliver exceptional thermal insulation performance by creating a multi-layered air cavity structure within the coating matrix.
The hollow interior acts as an effective thermal barrier, significantly reducing heat transfer through conduction and convection. When incorporated into insulation coatings, these microspheres enable superior thermal resistance while maintaining low coating density and excellent application properties.
Key benefits include enhanced thermal insulation efficiency, reduced material weight, improved workability, and excellent compatibility with various resin systems including acrylic, epoxy, polyurethane, and silicone-based formulations.
Ideal for building exterior walls, industrial equipment, storage tanks, pipelines, and roofing systems, our hollow glass microspheres provide a cost-effective, durable solution for energy-saving thermal insulation coatings that deliver long-lasting performance in demanding environments.

Properties:
Pure white color, Hollow Glass Microsphere can be widely used in products which have high requirements for looks and colors.
Low density, reducing the products’ basic weight obviously after filling. (the density is one out of a dozen of traditional filler particles’ density). Relatively large volume, which can substitute and save more resins, reducing cost.
High dispersion and good fluidity, dimensional stability, reduced warpage and shrinkage when used as additives.
Heat insulation, sound insulation, mostly used as heat insulation paints and coatings, automotive sealants.
In addition, corrosion resistant, fire resistant, non-conducting.
